1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and be222 ("be222", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the be222 website, mobile browser experience, and all associated gaming and betting services. be222 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on be222. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances across all accounts and permanent closure of all associated accounts. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

• be222 may at its absolute discretion suspend, restrict, or terminate any account if it determines that the account has been used in violation of these Terms, in a fraudulent manner, or in connection with any criminal activity.

However, no online system is completely free of risk, and you access be222 at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate anti-virus and security software on your own devices.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

be222 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. be222 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the be222 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of be222 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise exploit any content from be222 without the prior written consent of be222.

Game content on be222 — including live casino streams, slot game assets, and sports data — is provided under licence from third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and others.
